    What is my Reservation Number?
Your Reservation number is your ISI-assigned customer number that is contained in the body of your confirmation e-mail/letter. Reservation numbers appear as a sequence of alphanumeric characters (for example: ABCD123456789:123 or jdoe321:1). It is important that you enter your Reservation number EXACTLY as shown in your confirmation notice. If the number entered does not match the number in your confirmation notice, your registration will not be accepted and an error message will be returned to you. (If you are unable to locate your confirmation notice, contact Customer Support for assistance.)

    What is a User ID?
A User ID is a unique word or group of letters/numbers that you create during the New User Registration process, and which will be used for all of your ISI Internet subscriptions. User IDs can be any combination of alphanumeric characters, but cannot include spaces, quotation marks, commas, periods, etc. When entering and reentering your User ID, it is important that you enter it EXACTLY the same both times. User IDs are case sensitive, therefore, if you use both upper and lower case letters within your User ID, make sure to use the same combination of upper and lower case letters when you reenter the User ID for verification. If your User IDs do not match, your registration will not be accepted and an error message will be returned to you. Remember to keep both your User ID and Password in a secure, yet readily accessible, location for reference. If you are unable to locate your User ID or Password, contact Customer Support for assistance.

    What is a Password?
Like your User ID, a Password is the unique word or group of letters/numbers that you create during the New User Registration process, and which will be used for all of your ISI Internet subscriptions. Passwords must be a minimum of 6 alphanumeric characters, in any order. Do not use spaces, quotation marks, commas, periods, etc. When entering and reentering your Password, it is important that you enter it EXACTLY the same both times. Passwords are case sensitive, therefore, if you use both upper and lower case letters within your Password, make sure to use the same combination of upper and lower case letters when you reenter the Password for verification. If your Passwords do not match, your registration will not be accepted and an error message will be returned to you. Remember to keep both your User ID and Password in a secure, yet readily accessible, location for reference. If you are unable to locate your User ID or Password, contact Customer Support for assistance.

Is this the first time you are registering?
If you attempt to register more than once, this question will be displayed.

  • If this is the first time you are registering, this prompt indicates another user has already selected the User ID you entered. Select Yes to return to the registration screen, where you will be required to choose another User ID.
  • If this is not the first time you are registering, this prompt indicates you have already registered. Select No to proceed to the Home page of the product to which you subscribe.

COMBINING TWO OF YOUR USER ACCOUNTS

In some scenarios, you may find yourself with two login User IDs, each with access to different ISI internet products. In this case, for you to access the products, you would need to log in with one User ID to access one product and then log in with the other User ID to access the other product. To make things easier, you can combine the two accounts so the products from both accounts can be accessed using one User ID.

To combine two of your user accounts, use the Change User ID/Password page. You will put one User ID/Password pair in the "current" fields, and your other User ID/Password pair in the "new" fields. When you submit this information, the program will recognize that the "new" User ID and Password already exist and you will be prompted whether you want to "join" these two accounts. If you select "Yes," then both accounts will be joined into one; the "current" User ID/Password will be deleted, and its ISI internet products will be added to the "new" User ID/Password. To access all of the products, simply log in using the "new" User ID/Password.

WARNING: You should only join accounts that belong to you. In the unlikely event that you inadvertently attempt to change your User ID and Password to a pair that already exists, you must answer "No" to the prompt that asks if you want to join the two accounts.

To combine two of your user accounts:

    1. From the ISI Login Home page, select Change User ID/Password. The Change User ID/Password page appears.
    2. Complete steps #1 and #2, by entering the User ID/Password for one of your accounts in the CURRENT User ID and CURRENT Password text boxes.
Note: Put the User ID and Password whose ISI internet products you want to add to your other account in the "current" fields. This User ID and Password will be deleted at the end of this process.
    3. Enter your other account's User ID in the NEW User ID text box. Reenter the same information in the next text box for confirmation.
Note: The ISI internet products from the first ("current") account will be added to this ("new") account.
    4. Enter your other account's Password into the NEW Password in the appropriate text box. Reenter the same information in the next text box for confirmation.
    5. When all changes have been entered, select Submit. (Selecting Clear will remove the information entered in all the User ID and Password areas.) A confirmation page is displayed, asking if you are sure you want to join these two accounts.
WARNING: You should only join accounts that belong to you. In the unlikely event that you inadvertently attempt to change your User ID and Password to a pair that already exists, you must answer "No" to the prompt that asks if you want to join the two accounts.
    6. Click "Yes" only if you are sure you want to join the two accounts. The User ID/Password you entered in the "current" fields will be deleted, and it's ISI internet products will be added to the User ID/Password you entered in the "new" field. A page will open listing all the ISI internet products to which you subscribe.
